1 15 oz. can Hunts tomato sauce
1 T oil
1 T oregano
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 T sugar
1/2 t freshly crushed black pepper
Mozzarella and cheddar cheese
Combine yeast, 1 T sugar and water in a bowl. Let it sit for 10 minutes until yeast bubbles. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar and oil. Mix well. Combine gently with yeast mixture. Let dough rise for 1/2 hour. Divide the dough in half and press into 2 square tins.
In a cruet, combine all sauce ingredients. Mix well. Pour generously over the dough, leaving 2 inches from the end all around for the crust. Top with cheeses. Bake on 350° for 30-45 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is slightly brown. Top with favorite toppings.
